Influential stakeholder bringing the regional markets insights into the Design of Rewards global and targeted frameworks, Benefits Strategy and Programs, Executive Compensation and Process Design for delivering solutions into the region
•Connecting Business Strategy to Total Rewards Programs Design
•Utilizing insights & analytics to drive strategic results
•Internal & External Stakeholder Engagement
•Change Management – focused on the regional HR community, leadership and employee communications strategies
•Customer Solutions – aligning/adapting total rewards solutions to enable talent agenda for
•Key capability areas
•Reorganizations, Acquisitions, Emerging Markets
•Job Evaluation and Offers for Executive levels VP+Qualifications
•8-10 years of relevant experience in HR Business Partner and Total Rewards/HR Specialist roles
•Global/multiple markets experience is a plus
•Influencing, change management, account management skills
•Global matrixed organizations; understands corporate
•Upward potential to senior HR leader or Corporate Strategic Specialist role (HR Talent pipeline candidate)
•Ability to move across HR roles (within Global Services, Corporate Services, Business Partner)
