Lead on BU sales analysis work including incentive management and reporting system. Take responsibilities for support on key business processes such as sales planning and channel management. Meanwhile drive sales effectiveness & efficiency via different projects and identify internal process excellence.
Timely evaluate sales performance via different reports and analysis
Be in charge of incentive and Award Management
Involve in key business processes such as sales planning
Data system management via coordination with company channel management team
Routine demand planning support, including BO monitoring and allocation
Provide support on channel management including rebate calculation and contract review etc.
Improve business effectiveness & efficiency by internal process improvement opportunities
Key project coordinator such as SFE
Experience and Knowledge:
2-3 years working experience in sales and marketing, business process consulting, or sales operations environment
Familiar with cross-functional coordination, marketing support, incentive and performance measurement, service and support management,
Rich knowledge of medical, pharmaceutical or channel.
Competencies and skills:
Strong analytical skills, sense of analysis
Strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, coordination skillsSkilled in using MS office, esp. Excel, PowerPoint, Word
