  • Assisting with the development and execution of creative and highly measurable digital engagement programs to engage and connect with candidates and provide them with differentiated, intuitive and highly engaging digital experience
  • Initiating and supporting the implementation of new disruptive concepts that keep talent acquisition at Johnson & Johnson at the leading edge
  • Partner closely with Capability Owners to understand the capability vision and long-term objectives, and co-own product roadmap in partnership with Capability Owner
  • Own the success of a product throughout it’s entire lifecycle, including measurement planning, user testing, and soliciting of customer feedback
  • Product strategy, product development, and product adoption on new and/or existing digital platforms
  • Collaborate with internal communication, operations teams, and outside vendors, to design integrated trainings and successfully launch new capabilities
  • Liaison between Vendor Partners, IT and Capability Owners

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required
  • A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in product management or digital product development is required
  • Experience acting as a subject matter expert within a digital channel is required
  • Strong technical expertise and a deep understanding of digital channels is required
  • Hands-on experience directly with/ or in support of HR inspired initiatives is preferred
  • Experience working in the agile methodology is preferred
  • Experience partnering with 3rd party vendors is preferred
