The Regional Finance Training & Development (T&D) Lead –  EMEA: ESP & Deployments, will partner with the Global Finance Functional Training Lead to execute against a comprehensive and standardized training strategy for complex programs and deployments focusing on finance. Further, she/ he will contribute to the planning and execution of the Finance training program(s) to maximize capability development, facilitate local understanding, accelerate adoption and support achievement of overall finance objectives.  This role will work with virtual teams of functional subject matter experts, the Global Finance Functional Training Lead, GS Training, GS S&O Transition Team, Regional/Local PMOs, and the Regional PMO EMEA Deployment Lead (dotted-line reporting) to deploy a comprehensive regional finance training plan and implementation plan. These plans will be aligned to the global strategy that meets the related training needs for regional finance business partners and end users, and other impacted stakeholders.

 

The Regional Finance T&D Lead-EMEA, will work in close partnership with cross-functional colleagues and solution integrators to define the training and performance support requirements, goals, aligned to global and regional strategies. She/he will assist to identify the regional to-be skills/knowledge requirements for the affected finance workforce during regional and country finance deployments through conducting training and performance support needs analysis and gap analysis, to assist in development of regional training curriculums.

 

The Regional Finance T&D Lead-EMEA will be responsible for all aspects of regional knowledge transfer (KT) and training, including but not limited to; pre-KT planning, work profiling, KT scheduling, KT preparation of learning teams, facilitation of KT sessions as needed, KT risk tracking, KT metrics, KT continuous improvements, championing and leading training initiative innovations (e.g. Microlearning, Day 2 on-boarding), as applicable.    

 

The Regional Finance T&D Lead-EMEA will inform the global team of content development needs against the identified training curriculums and related courses.  She/ He will identify and communicate any issues or dependencies that may affect other areas of the program relative to training, and will ensure that the training and performance support are aligned with the organization design to fulfill the requirements while complementing each other without duplicating effort. This training lead will also perform other work-related duties as assigned.



Qualifications

Johnson & Johnson is looking for a Regional Finance Training & Development Lead EMEA: ESP & Deployments. This is a temporary contract for 2 years.


The ideal training lead will have successfully demonstrated defining and implementing training and performance strategies, along with an understanding of finance and accounting for transactional, protecting, and financial reporting and analysis preferred. Familiarity with SAP, satellite systems a plus. Understanding of local legal and statutory requirements or ability to research, identify, and /or validate potential issues. Prior experience with change strategy and management would be highly desired. Demonstrated effective training planning and delivery is required.                                                                                 

Ability to work in a complex matrixed environment with tight timelines is a must. Partnership with regional and local HR, change management, communication, and critical stakeholders required.  Exceptional written, verbal, and change management skills, as well as a proven track record of creating solutions in an environment of change are required. This resource will be required to have strong analytical capabilities with the proven ability to work well across all levels of the business, in-person and virtually. Additionally, a proven track record of influencing, and relationship building skills that inspire trust and quickly build credibility between key stakeholders will be necessary. Strong interpersonal and technical skills are required to facilitate collaborations, along with proven experience driving progress and remaining focused under ambiguous and complex situations.
