For our Medical sector, we are looking for a Brand Manager responsible for driving one or multiple brands within the ACUVUE®portfolio, through input to brand planning and delivery of integrated campaigns with a multi channel approach (Independent Optician stores, Chains, Wholesalers, Eye Care Practitioner).

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Development of consumer and professional communication materials and promotions to support the strategies and plans defined for the brand.
• Development & management of trade marketing & commercial activities related to the brand.
• Establishment of success criteria of all activity and measurement against specific KPIs with resources such as online analytics and various financial and sales reports, or through ad-hoc tracking tools.
• Market & internal data analysis (multi channel), leveraging available tools and studies, in order to improve J&J position in the market.
• Management of external agencies to deliver marketing initiatives within identified budgets.
• Autonomy in managing budgets and external agencies after agreement with Marketing Manager and key stakeholders
• Autonomy in driving key projects in alignment with Marketing Manager and key stakeholders.
• Development of activities and material targeting consumers and/or ECPs, and responsibility for driving the copy clearance approval process and all required internal procedures being compliant to all internal & external rules.
• Input to annual country marketing plans.

  • A  degree in economics is required 
  • Previous consumer goods marketing experience required (5+ years of relevant experience).
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with commonly used MS Office tools (XL, PPT) and Adobe
  •  Strong communication and presentation skills;
  •  Digital marketing experience
