- Lead a team of Customer Development Manager(s) and responsible to nurture the team
- members on their capability development and career progression.
- Maintain excellent customer relationship and networking.
- Manage the sales operation to ensure sales target & corporate goals achieved.
- Work with SCM to ensure high standard of Customer Service Level.
- Develop major accounts engagement strategy & relationship building within assigned
- Provide market/competitive analysis input to management.
- Work closely with Customer Marketing to develop customers’ penetration programs.
- Ensure flawless initiative execution to drive NPD instruction and brand equity enhancement.
- Work with internal stakeholder to develop major accounts.
- Ensure the compliance of corporate policies and guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree minimum a 2nd Class Upper of equivalent.
- Min 8 years of proven sales track record in Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry.
- Dynamic, result-oriented and self-motivated.
- Has demonstrated the ability to work in a team setting and has contributed to the
- achievement of a team’s success.
- A self-starter and has a bias for actions and results.
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
