Global Analytics Analyst

The Customer and Logistics Services Global Customer Experience Analytics is looking for Analyst who maintain and update global analytics dashboards and insights for senior executives within the Customer Experience groups of the global and regional CLS organization.

As Analyst for Global Analytics, you will be using Alteryx, Tableau and other advanced analytics tools and in this role, you will assist in the development of strategic insights, identification of metrics, development of advanced visualizations, data modeling, advanced analytics, and KPI metadata management for new Global Analytics service that J&J CLS is establishing.

As Analyst for Global Analytics, you will have the following areas of responsibility:

  • Lead the development & maintenance of global performance management assets across J&J CLS Customer Experience, including interactive dashboards, metric definitions, metric development/updates, and benchmarking
  • Responsible for coordinating a monthly and quarterly business review
  • Responsible for executing reported KPI governance committee directives 
  • Provide data-driven strategic insights
  • Support the development of advanced analytics as capabilities evolve within J&J CLS Customer Experience 
  • Identify areas for performance improvement and recommend appropriate updates and changes to leadership
  • Communicate with regional reporting leads when process issues arise that impact Global customer Experience reporting 
  • Contribute positively to a knowledge sharing environment by documenting and sharing all relevant working experiences with issue resolution for training future reference 
  • Communicate and interact effectively with team members; develop credibility and trusted mutually respected relationships with customers, supervisors, and team members 
  • Interact and interface with customers, vendors, service providers, and other third parties as applicable in relation to the activities and dependencies of the role


  • Experience collaborating remotely (great flexibility in working hours and home office work) with a global team and providing deliverables on schedule
  • Experience in a contact center, commercial, or customer oriented organization, preferably with customer involvement
  • Experience with performance analytics and advanced analytics tools (including management of Tableau/Alteryx= must have)
  • Preferred Area of Study:  BA/BS in Economics, Statistics, Finance, Engineering, IT, Supply Chain or comparable by experience 
  • Familiarity with benchmarking
  • Experience working across multiple geographies
  • Ability to influence in an indirect, matrix-based, and virtual environment
  • Ability to establish a culture oriented on customer experience
  • Track record to drive business results – identifies and capitalizes on opportunities, identifies risks/issues, assesses implications, formulates recommendations, and drives sound decisions that deliver results

  • Possess strong presentation skills; can speak across various forums and communicate to broad, diverse audiences
