[Consumer] Customer Development Manager

- Responsible for supervising staff in the development and servicing of National/Key Accounts of PX Mart Channel to meet business sales objectives.
- At this level the role has increased responsibility including, but not limited to, additional skills, multiple lines/products, diverse teams, etc.
- This job is eligible for sales incentives/sales commissions.
- Supervises the development and servicing of national/key accounts to achieve business sales objectives.
- Reviews results against forecasts and adjusts business plans to ensure objectives are met.
- Communicates incentive plan parameters and goals.
- Rolls out ad hoc plans and contests.
- Provides input to departmental budget.
- Manages expenses to stay within budget.
- Assigns quotas and accounts to individual sales staff.
- Monitors progress and implements corrective action when necessary. Prepares periodic sales reports for management.
- Presents changes to customer profiles and alternatives for addressing.
- Resolves routine problems and customer complaints. Supervises the day to day activities of a sales team.
In terms of experience
- Industry must be FMCG, especially grocery categories. (Not electronics, luxury, tobacco/ alcohol).
- Definition for account management experience (including JBP, promotion/investment management, sales execution plan and review)
In terms of channel/customer experience, hyper/PX will be more suitable due to customer nature
- This candidate need to co-work with distributor on customer selling & operation; therefore, with agency or distributor management experience is a plus
In terms of personality
Operation discipline & can manage ambiguity and high uncertainty business environment
Detail & Hands on due to things will be done across multiple counterparts in customer sides
Data analysis & insight for action
Strong communication skill and capability to face high pressure
Considering above criteria, working experience in FMCG related categories need to be 5+ above.
