Develops and designs healthcare compliance program. Conducts planning assessment and testing. Monitors various systems to ensure healthcare compliance. Also responsible for maintaining existing programs. Implements on-going training program for business. Designs compliance program and recommends appropriate revisions and modifications. Carries out regular reviews of the effectiveness of the system. Conducts assessments including planning the assessment and performing the testing. Monitor various systems to ensure healthcare compliance adherence. Performs transactions related to reports monitoring, third party vendors, and others. Conducts internal investigations consistent with legal guidance on investigations. Assists in conducting complex investigations. Provides advices on health care compliance policies and procedures to internal customers as well as external suppliers. Reviews post activity analyses with internal business partners and suppliers to provide guidance on completion of required documentation so that is accurate and consistent with healthcare compliance guidelines and policies. Verifies investigation results with appropriate management and the law department. Develops corrective action plans where appropriate. Prepares work papers, and compiles reports on findings and results in healthcare programs and assessment.

Education and Experience:
BA/BS, advanced degree
minimum 3 years experience in Health Care Compliance
previous experience in Medical Devices sector
Abillity to make things happen through managing a broad set of Credo based values. 
Understands the J&J Credo based culture.
