What is the role about?

You will shape and improve the Global contracting service delivery as well as the overall contracting lifecycle management for various Johnson & Johnson Procurement functions. You will be responsible for reporting metrics related to contract enablement, providing inputs to improve the operations and strategy of the broader organization including all components of the Req-to-Pay process.  In your responsibility will be also to enable the Contracting Services team to influence and support continuous improvement of HCC, Legal, Procurement, Privacy, etc. processes and policies to establish and maintain a world class regional contracting service.  Focus of this role is on ongoing improvement of the contracting technology by identifying opportunities/gaps, translating business needs into user stories and working with the IT and technology team on identifying and implement solutions.

You will have the following areas of responsibility:

  • Metrics and compliance reporting and improvement
  • Development and execution of consistent metrics for SCS
  • Communication of metrics again KPI to SCS and supported customer base 
  • Providing inputs to improve the operations and strategy of the broader SCS organization, domestically and globally
  • Play a leadership role in the roll out and implementation of a technology solution to support the future state process for contracting
  • Help drive the implementation of selected technology for SCS
  • Provide technology support to user base in regards to training and admin support
  • Ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement of the  technology solution
