As the Senior Plan Analyst, you will facilitate the monthly Sales & Operations Planning process of stabilizing demand with supply, to offer best product availability with optimal inventory levels.


Responsibilities

  • Act as interface between Product Development, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Quality and Operations to support the monthly Sales & Operations Planning process
  • Continuously improve the process and tools in order to increase the performance towards our end customers
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics and support Management with reports and data analysis
  • Know and follow all laws and policies to apply the job and maintain the highest level of professionalism, ethics and compliance at all time
  • Develop and document new business processes in cross functional teams and ensure the effectivity of the end-to-end planning process
  • Act as Subject Matter Experts (SME) representing the department and planning processes in various projects and/or serve as the department planning supervisor with direct report responsibilities.

Demand
Planning
  • Manage launch forecasts and statistical forecast data
  • Lead and improve regional and country demand review processes
  • Evaluate and implement solutions and ensure alignment with marketing & sales in development of the consensus forecast
  • Train Users on processes and systems

Supply
Planning
  • Assist and control production plants in the capacity review process in order to have the needed capacities available in time and participate in Supply Review Process
  • Control material requirement planning in ERP system for finished products
  • Manage supply constraints and make-to-order process for peak demands like new product launches and tenders with internal and external suppliers
  • Analyze and proactively manage inventory levels to meet business plans and ensure defined service levels. Set and review inventory entitlement parameters
  • Provide supply commits on product availability to enable end-to-end supply transparency
  • Build effective relationships and partnerships with key suppliers
  • Participate in new product launch meetings for assigned projects and ensure timely setup of Master Data and placement of purchase orders


Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)

  • Implement S&OP policies, standards, guidelines, technology and procedures
  • Support and drive the monthly S&OP process and the reviews with the appropriate Management Boards. Oversee and consolidate the regional S&OP review information (including the presentation materials) and critical metrics
  • Identify gaps and areas to align processes and improve supply chain effectiveness and performance
  • Monitor the process on a continuous basis to measure process adherence
  • Responsible for coordinating and presenting the S&OP review information, including any presentation materials

Qualifications
  • Higher technical or business education or equivalent further education in supply chain management like APICS certification
  • At least 4-6 years professional work experience in supply chain area
  • Deep understanding of supply chain principles
  • Good understanding of ERP systems and information technology
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel and Power Point
  • Project management skills preferred
  • Aability for cross-departmental thinking and collaborative work in teams
  • Ability to work independently in a structured and determined way
  • Leading priorities and providing reliable results
  • Ability to network with interfaces and build strong collaborative teams and relationships
  • Ability to communicate clearly, making the complex clear
  • Ability to negotiate and influence without direct line authority
  • 5-15% International traveling to JnJ offices, plant locations and distribution hubs
