  • Responsible for customer relationship management, provide strategic proposal on how CRM contribute to the company growth.
  • Maintain relationships with consumers and to ensure consumers’ needs are met.
  • Works with teams to develop and to implement CRM project
  • Applies analytical skills for analysis and interpretation of data-mining generated from CRM
  • Actively participates in relevant commercial activities with value-added and dynamic CRM program through cross-departmental communication
  • Takes in charge of vendor management
  • Complies with financial policy / controlling
  • Maximize customer profitability thru disciplined relationship management and cross-selling.
  • Other responsibilities defined in written procedures.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree. MBA degree is preferred.
  • At least 3 years marketing experience in multinational companies in Medical Device, OTC, FMCG or other related industries.
  • Extensive experience in Customer Relationship management and consumer data analysis
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in Chinese and English orally and written
  • Excellent analytical skills.
