Assistant Brand Manager

Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, the incumbent will develop marketing activities that builds the responsible brand and stimulates sales to achieve the set target.
- To uncover on relevant consumer insights and interpret into meaningful business idea in business plan and strategy construction
- To develop brand communication plan and ensure copy strategy development aligns with brand footprint
- To manage brand A&P budget in achieving the agreed brand’s objective
- To manage portfolio and anticipate potential market development with the effective brand financial result
- To ensure effective management of project including new product and tactical promotion
- At least 2-3 years of experiences in brand management, particularly in FMCG and OTC industry.
- Strong analytical skill and logical thinking
- Established strong interpersonal and leadership skills as well as communication and presentation skills.
- Have a solid knowledge and experience of brand development, brand communication in TVC and Digital media, brand activation and consumer promotion
- Collaborative, and able to work well with multi-functions taskforce team and agencies
- Excellent command of the English language in speaking, reading, and writing
- Strong passion to win, high integrity and drive to get results.
