We are recruiting for a new and exciting role within our digital and media team. This role will pull together analytics, digital brand strategy and our DMP to build best in class web experiences for our consumers. You will work alongside our analyst, DMP manager and wider digital team as well as the brand teams and regional IT. We are looking for someone with excellent technical knowledge in web dev coupled with the vision and creativity to shape content development.
- Working with our analyst to recommend website improvements and optimisations to the brand teams on: A/B testing, personalisation usability, consumer journeys and conversion.
- Work with our EMEA IT team to drive the web dev roadmap for NE.
- Own the development of our flagship brand and hub sites working across multiple brands.
- Build the brand teams capability through training and best practice guidance.
- Working with our tech partners to deliver best in class website experiences; Adobe and Google.
- Work closely with our media agency to optimise traffic and develop the right content to support best in class SEO.
- Look to join up PPC and SEO strategies to deliver efficiencies
- Pioneer our approach on voice and AI platforms including Google Home and Alexa. A new area for the industry which we are excited to be taking our first steps into.

You will need to shape our brands requirements and work with IT to influence the regional development roadmap.
