  1. Deliver mandatory benefits daily change including enrollment, termination and annual base adjustment.
  2. Prepare and verify mandatory benefits contribution amount, submit to payroll system accurately and timely.
  3. Follow and solve benefits related special cases.
  4. Implement vendor daily management and KPI evaluation.
  5. Other benefits program management and ad-hoc tasks.



  1. Bachelor degree. Be familiar with China laws and regulations especially in terms of mandatory benefits. Benefits management experience is preferred.
  2. High level of data-handling capacity. Excellent for software (especially EXCEL) usages.
  3. Fluency in English is preferred.
  4. Good communication skill, good analytical and problem-solving skill.
