Ons aanbod bevat bovendien verschillende huidverzorgingsproductenvoor het gelaat, het lichaam en de voeten alsook speciaal voor baby’s. Het assortiment bevat ook tand-, mond-en wondverzorgingsproducten. Key responsibilities:
• Negotiate and implement annual national agreements for designated account portfolio, according to the defined Marketing plan and Customer/Shopper plan for the total brand portfolio.
• Build, or actively participate in the development of the tactical and strategic commercial policy for the account portfolio (promotion plan, national agreements, category solution, gross margin, ...).
• Drive Category Management Solutions, Trade Up opportunities and Revenue Growth Management initiatives.
• Achieve agreed sales goals (NTS, Gross to Nett, Market share, Gross Profit)
• Establishes productive, professional relationships within the sales and marketing organization
• Coordinates the involvement of all internal stakeholders, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations
• Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives (S&OP)
• Proactively leads a account planning process to achieve performance objectives
• Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer / account needs on an ongoing basis
• Leads solution development efforts that best address customer / account needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary stakeholders

• Master degree or equivalent in business experience (economics, business, … ),

• Experience in working for a large FMCG multi-national company - in a matrix set-up – is a pre.
• Knowledge of the current personal care & healthcare landscape or environment is desirable.
