A new and exciting opportunity has been created for an experienced ANZ Sales Operations Director to lead the development and delivery of the Sales Force Excellence Strategy for the ANZ MD Business. Reporting to the Senior Director, Enterprise Strategy and Commercial Solutions, you will have the opportunity to build and lead the Sales Operations team to develop a robust 3 year roadmap which executes SFE initiatives to ensure an enhanced customer experience through commercial excellence. You will build effective metrics, KPI’s and dashboards to measure and track the sustainability and performance of the SFE drivers over time and create a cohesive and multidimensional approach to integrating and improving all levers of sales performance with the aim of driving a high-performance culture.

You will be a strategic thinker with exceptional project management skills in implementing a rigorous framework, with clear milestones and proven success in deploying strategy. You will have a deep understanding of SFE principals and drivers as well as highly developed numerical reasoning in gathering and analysing data.  
Critical to your success will be your ability to act as a champion of change for SFE across the enterprise and act as a true leader who effectively collaborates with cross organisation teams. Problem solving and your ability to manage uncertainty as you develop this new function will be key.  This role allows the right commercial executive to lead an operational team which is critical to the success and growth of this organisation. Commercial Acumen and Operational Expertise will be your springboard towards future senior roles within the business.
