Finance Lead Sales Controlling (m/f) Central Europe

  • CE Consolidation
    • The CE Sales Controller will be responsible for consolidation of Sales Controlling deliverables at CE level
      • CE is the biggest cluster within Consumer EMEA consisting of 12 countries who represent approx. $0.9Bn of sales.  CE has 175 brand/country combinations
      • Direct leadership of the DASHB Sales Controlling team and close partnership with the CEE Finance team
    • Direct business partnering with CE Managing Director and all 5 CE Commercial Directors as well as regular exposure to all other CE Leadership Team Members
    • Support FD on CE P&L planning and controlling (MME, One pager, Business Planning)
    • Finance leadership of CE and EMEA ad hoc projects (e.g. CIW project, Perfect Store project, Distribution optimization analysis)
    • Represent Finance department as a member of cross-functional teams
  • Sales Controlling DASHB
    • Oversight role of 4 Finance Analysts responsible for DASHB Sales Controlling
    • Key focus of sales controlling
      • Analysis and follow-up of the Gross to Net (GtN) spendings
      • NTS forecasting and actual vs. budget analysis
      • GP analysis
      • Business partner to Sales department
    • Lead a team of 4 Finance Analysts, including setting out the vision and objectives DASH Sales Controlling team, managing the development and performance of each team member, on the job coaching and ensuring career progression 

  • University Degree in Business/Economics or similar (University/University of Applied Sciences)
  • Proven career track in Finance Controlling and Finance Business Partnering (>10 years), ideally in a Multinational Company environment in the FMCG or OTC sector
  • Strong leadership skills – ability to influence business partners at all levels within the company and ensure financial priorities and constraints are clearly understood and adhered to. Ability to steer a team of high potential professionals
  • Superior technical & analytical skills – ability to quickly analyze complex financial problems, identify innovative solutions and explain these to a non-finance audience in an easy to understand way
  • Strong customer focus with excellent communication skills and eagerness to take initiative
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Stress resistant – ability to work under time pressure and to deal with multiple priorities that require ongoing prioritization
  • Skilled use of MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Self-starter, high degree of initiative and strong commitment to optimizing business processes on a continual basis
  • Strong sense of engagement and motivation
