Position Summary
  • Responsible for developing and implementing a portfolio strategy to drive AVEENO® brand and JOHNSON& JOHNSON® Baby Portfolio growth and to deliver business results for North East Asia(NEA) markets (Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong and Taiwan)
  • Own and manage the future pipeline development plans and objectives
  • Work closely with regional/ global and cross-functional teams and lead them strongly
  • Support cluster Marketing Director on marketing vision execution and organization development, and model new and harmonized ways of working.
Role Duties& Responsibilities
Marketing & Franchise Vision and Strategy Development
  • Deliver on the franchise vision and strengthen growth initiatives based on deep NEA consumer and market insights to unlock growth
  • Develop strategic plan (3-5 years), portfolio strategy, business model and resource planning for AVEENO® and JOHNSON& JOHNSON® Baby Portfolio
  • Able to effectively collaborate with individual NEA markets to support translation of core franchise strategies into winning execution.
Innovation/Communication Planning
  • Influencing the regional / global partners to deliver a strong pipeline of products, claims, and marketing innovation. Working with NEA markets to identify winning consumer insights and build and broaden current pipeline (products and claims).
P&L Management
  • Able to lead strategic innovation financial planning at cluster level with Financial, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Legal, Sales, Supply Chain and GFO (Region).
*Moderate 'Travel required (Once a month)

Related Experience
  • Ideally 5+ years FMCG marketing experience (NPD/communication)
  • Previous Beauty experience or strong personal interest in Beauty is plus
  • Has experience operating in a highly matrixed organization
  • Has high success track record of new brand launch and existing brand growth
  • Has a combination of global, regional and/or local marketing experience.

  • Superior collaboration, influence & negotiation skills. Ability to lead cross-functional teams, and work in a cross-functional and team-based culture
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to change and to operate effectively in ambiguous situations.
