Position Summary
  • Play an important role as core cluster team member via individually leading important NPD/NPI projects to support the short-term to mid-term franchise growth strategy.
  • Knowledge holder of local NEA consumer and shopper insights, competitive and market trends as well as retail opportunities.
  • Supports Cluster Marketing team on marketing vision execution and organization development and model new and harmonized ways of working.
Role Duties& Responsibilities
Business Plan Development
  • Support the Senior Brand Manager to execute franchise strategic plan, portfolio strategy and business model working closely in collaboration with local NEA markets to translate cluster franchise strategies into winning executions.
  • Identify new business opportunities/risks based upon market/consumer / competitive data and develop action plan considering ROI working with cross functional team.
Innovation/Communication Planning
  • Develop competitive brand proposition via combining local consumer/competitor insight and global brand spotlight
  • Lead specific NPDS Innovation from strategy, concept, formulation/package which brings long-term growth, involving Regional team and cross functional teams
  • Lead holistic communication plan liaising region/cross functional teams/agencies.
BME Management
  • Lead efficient management plan of non-working BMEs to achieve the business goals.
*Moderate Travel required (1 every quarter)

  • 2-3 years Brand marketing experience
