General Summary:
  • Develops and update Business Plan in collaboration with Sales leadership team and other functions.
  • Supports PDCA cycle of Field Sales (FS), SAM and Retail to deliver business goals.
  • Through by-channel / segment analysis, updates sales estimate and grasp the gap vs. sales target in a timely manner.
  • Works on VCC’s projects with responsibilities in setting KPIs, calculating sales upside and identifying / ensuring dissemination of best practices.
  • Optimizes Sales SG&A, BME and EITF of Sales division.
  • Develops KPIs for Sales division based on Sales OGSM.
Duties &Responsibilities:
  • As a manager of Sales Planning, closely collaborates with Senior Manager for the management and development of team as well as staffs. Proactively makes proposals regarding required supports when needed.
  • Supports the process of Business Plan to develop sales forecasts by channel / segment.
  • Through the supports for FS PDCA cycle based on Area Plan, timely provides the sales analysis for Act vs. LE, updates sales estimate, and grasps the gap vs. sales target.
  • Works on VCC’s projects with responsibilities in setting KPIs, calculating sales upside, identifying / ensuring dissemination of best practices and providing inputs from a viewpoint of Sales.
  • Proposes Sales quota and ensures the operations related to Sales quota (including calculation, adjustments and the paperwork for payment).
  • Designs and Sales bonus scheme and award plan so that to motivate sales reps and put the plans into execution.
  • Based on the analysis, designs and makes a proposal on effective and efficient sales organization which aligns sales strategy.
  • Constantly oversees the entire sales organization to grasp the issues and develop solutions by such as BPR and organizational change in collaboration with Senior Manager.
  • Closely monitor the sales for entire VCC and calls potential sales downside when risk is detected
  • Responsible for the improvement of planning capability of Sales organization in collaboration with T&D.
  • Provides effective and timely coaching to an assistant manager in compliance with J&J’ and VCC’s Leadership Imperatives and relevant guidelines
  • Makes proposal on Sales organization and compensation scheme as needed (including Sales quota setting).

  • 2+ years experiences in CL industry
  • Has sales experience in CL industry
