Senior BUHR Manager

Roles and Responsibilities
l Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies and solutions, in order to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results
l Partner with business leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning and performance management
l Partner with business leaders to build an innovation and performance-driven culture
l Review and analyze the data to identify trends and recommend solution to improve the business performance, talent retention, and employment experience
l Provide leadership coaching to build the leadership capabilities to address and resolve people issues
l Partner with ER/LR to resolve all critical ER issues
l Accelerate the talent development through designing and implementing talent development programs
l Work with HR Share Services and Knowledge Center team to effectively manage the HR operation, performance review, C&B, training
l Bachelor’s degree, Master’s with equivalent experience preferred.
l At least 8-10 years of experience in HR role, experience in supporting Pharm RND is a plus
l Diverse experience in HR COE (TA, OD/TM, C&B) is a plus
l Strong business partnering skill
l Ability to influence business leaders to achieve the result
l Strong business and HR acumen, including problem solving, critical thinking, self-initiative
l Demonstrate ability to coach business leaders
l Strong project and program management skill
l Good communication and interpersonal skills
l Fluent in English
