Janssen, part of Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies is now looking for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator:
Location: Bratislava
Contract: Full-time temporary for 12 months
As Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for all areas related to Customer service operations and Customer service reporting. It includes daily, weekly and monthly tasks and activities in sales fields. You will be also accountable for building and maintaining relationships with external partners mainly distributors both informal and formal via contract and confidentiality agreements management.
Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Key account management for distributors
  • Contract management for public procurement
  • Participation in Alternative Distribution Models Project for optimizing the Distributor Base
  • Support the sales forecasting and reporting
  • Complete sales process (regular sales orders, special orders - free goods, samples, discounts, etc., sales invoices and other documents preparation and creation in SAP, claims resolving, returns processing, credit memos creation and processing, documentation maintenance and archiving, etc.)
  • Interaction with the warehouse in area of Customer service activities including quality and audits
  • Ariba (communication with the vendors, PR creation if needed)
  • Statistics, such as Intrastat, SUKL report - data preparation and reporting
  • Customer service and other admin activities

Qualifications and experience of the successful candidate:
  • Acquired Master or Bachelor Degree in Economics or from Technical University
  • Fluent level of English (both spoken and written), native level of Slovak
  • MS Excel advanced user, Advanced level of SAP or similar system
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Logistics (or Procurement or Finance)
  • Experience in dealing with internal & external customers including top management, auditors, authorities and advisors
  • Strong interpersonal, supervisory and customer service skills
  • Multi task approach, ability to prioritize correctly and manage more things in the same time
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Ability to keep and watch given deadlines
