The BS Centre of Excellence (COE) based in Pinewood has an opening for an experienced finance professional supporting the Regional Planning and Consolidation team for the EMEA Pharm Business. This role will have responsibility for providing regional reporting, consolidation and analytics to the regional Business Unit Finance team, as well as driving finance standardisation and implementation of the BS COE model for Pharm.

As a Regional Planning and Consolidation Senior Finance Analyst your duties may include:

  • Coordinate and prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly presentations and standard reporting, in collaboration within different stakeholders of the regional team,
  • Responsible for budget consolidation for sales and P&L for major budget and update cycles,
  • Support the Regional Business Unit Finance (BUF) team by providing all financial analytics/ insights enabling delivery of financial plans and forecasts,
  • Developing and identifying business needs analytics, and leveraging standard data and tools to deliver innovative analytical solutions,
  • Support BS COE Clusters for planning in FiT BW and answer ad-hoc questions,
  • Responsible for Master data management,
  • Support EMEA / Corporate initiatives (business and /or finance).


To be part of this high performing team you will have great attention to detail, alongside

  • Qualified Accountant or an International Qualified Accountant equivalent, i.e. Masters Degree.
  • English language essential
  • Other European languages desirable
  • Strong accounting and operations background
  • Knowledge of SAP, Excel
  • Broad based experience in the Pharm Sector is a plus
  • Proven track record of high performance and driving process improvements across a complex business environment
  • Prior working knowledge of TM1 or FiT BW is a plus
