Customer Development Manager

- Plan and achieve the agreed annual sales target for the assigned Modern Trade key customers, whilst keeping within agreed trade spend level guidelines.
- Incumbent is to work closely and maintain business relationship with Modern Trade key customers
- This will includes planning and implementing activation programs to build sustainable business with the assigned key customers.
- Must work closely with key contact person in key customer to ensure business plans are jointly agreed and executed on time and in full.
- Identify new business opportunities with key customers and ensure good ROI on promotions and account plans by achieving strong and sustainable incremental sales
- Coordinating orders with the relevant retailers ensuring delivery is perform to the agreed service level.
- Collaborating with respective Territory Manager to communicate with a team of merchandisers on monthly account execution plan, including promotion & display guideline, issue resolution.
- Degree in any discipline, minimum a 2nd Class Upper or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales track record in Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry
- Dynamic, result-oriented and self-motivated
- Has demonstrated the ability to work in a team setting and has contributed to the achievement a team’s success
- A self starter and has a bias for actions and results
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Experienced in managing merchandisers
