Medical Representative (Advanced Sterilization Products)
Region: Southern Poland
Full-time contract
Role Overview
The Medical Representative promotes products and procedures to hospital staff and develops strong relationships with customers. Representative will be responsible for achieving ASP product sales to new and established hospital accounts 
You will have the following areas of responsibility:
  • Accomplish sales objectives and greater market penetration
  • Serves multiple large and/or key accounts in a prescribed territory
  • Schedules appointments and makes preplanned sales presentations to customers
  • Initiates contact and schedules appointments with potential new customers
  • Makes regular visits to customer locations to gather information on orders and market conditions
  • Identifies customer needs and recommends new products and solutions to address them
  • Develops customer and product focused presentation packages for sales
  • Conducts competitive research and uses to tailor presentations
  • Prepares sales reports and documents as required
  • Develops and recommends specific sales plans and new product launches
  • Handles customer questions and issues in a way that is consistent with product indications and sales training methodology
  • Collaborates with other departments to ensure a timely resolution
  • Provides input to sales forecast for business planning
  • Relays relevant market information to management
  • Creates proposals for expansion of customer base

Qualifications and experience of the successful candidate:
  • University degree
  • Good level of English
  • Ability to think analytically
  • Very good knowledge of tender procedure
  • Very good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Power Point
  • Good knowledge of practical negotiations skills
  • Easy of establishing relationships with customers
  • Good knowledge of prepare account plans with short and long-term goals
  • Sales experience min 5 years – preferable medical devices
