Role Overview
The Customer & Tender specialist is responsible for coordinating customer inquiries (retail/hospital) and order-to-invoice process. Accountable also for tracking & managing tender processes initiated at national/local level by any authority involved in drug acquisitions.
As Customer & Service Specialist your tasks will be primarily to:
  • Main responsibility will be managing the customer inquiries and order-to-invoice process
  • Investigates and resolves escalated or complex customer complaints regarding billing delays or any other product supply issues. Establish and build effective and productive business partnership with key customers.
  • Processes orders by inputting to system, providing confirmation to customers regarding order receipt and availability
  • Creates and provides reports as requested by Sales, Commercial or Finance departments
  • Keeps updated with changes for all stakeholders (CNAS, MoH, Hospital admin) to ensure that account plans develop in line with company strategy
  • Maintain accurate customer records and complete administration in a timely manner in compliance with company standards
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and regulations
  • Be innovative and find ways to challenge the status quo and how things have always been done; bring new ideas to improve the commercial approach

Qualifications and experience of the successful candidate:
  • University degree
  • Pharmaceutical market experience is an advantage
  • Knowledge of English language (high level)
  • S.E.A.P certifications may be an advantage
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Very good knowledge with Microsoft Excel
  • Detail orientated person with good level analytical skills
  • Flexible, pro-active approach
