Key Account Manager

Location: Warsaw, Poland

Contract: permanent


Responsible for achieving sales objectives by selling products to various Discounters/Supermarkets chains in Poland.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Builds relationships with key decision makers for new and established accounts.
  • Act as liaison and primary contact with major commercial and industrial customers.
  • Conducts presentations to key customer executives and decision makers.
  • Prepares formal proposals and leads negotiations.
  • Prepares sales contracts and routes for approval.
  • Develops accurate sales forecasts and reports.
  • Establishes sales plan and specific project plan for key accounts.
  • Analyzes customer business opportunities and threats and designs plans to capitalize on them.
  • Coordinates and perform economic and competitive analysis.
  • Identifies opportunities for field sales force to secure sales.

  • University degree.
  • Fluency in English and Polish
  • Ability to think analytically.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Power Point.
  • Good knowledge of practical negotiations skills.
  • Easy of establishing relationships with customers.
  • Good knowledge of prepare account plans with short and longer term revenue goals. 
  • Sales experience min 3 years (modern trade/Discounters) – successful history.
