Revenue Growth Management Analyst (Central Europe)

Area to cover: Prague

Full time permanent contract



Role Overview:


To provide analytical support to drive the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) agenda in the Central Europe (CE) cluster which consists of the following countries: Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Baltics.

The RGM team focusses on joint value creation in the cluster via optimized assortment, pricing architecture and promotion & trade terms.


Main responsibilities:


Price analytics

  • Provide pricing, trade & customer invest analysis in relation to overall CE pricing strategy
  • Support product relaunches by providing recommendations for minimum trade prices and price increases
  • Support annual price corridor analysis including action recommendation
  • Provide analytical insight for EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa Region) floor pricing guidance

RGM tracking and analytics

  • Coordinate monthly RGM tracking with Sales Controlling
  • Consolidate RGM tracking, analyze results and prepare insightful commentary highlighting challenges
  • Prepare monthly status email for CE leadership, monthly deck for Commercial Meetings and EMEA slide deck
  • Leverage RGM reporting/analytics to identify RGM opportunities for CE markets

RGM target development

  • Supports preparation of RGM targets for Cluster Business Plans
  • Supporting Business Plan process, including developing Sales Bridge


Contribution to RGM projects (Country, CE cluster, EMEA)

  • A bachelor’s degree required
  • A very strong analytical and Excel skills are critical
  • Ability to analyze complex data and generate insights
  • Experience with SAP / Business Warehouse - highly desirable
  • Ideally at least 2- years’ experience in a similar position
  • FMCG experience would be an advantage
  • Experience in working in projects, deliver on milestones and work with different functions
  • Proven business experience, preferable from Finance / Supply Chain or another function e.g. in Customer Development/ Sales /Shopper Marketing
  • Independent - work in a remote team
  • Fluent in English is must, German would be a plus
  • Strong communication skills; ability to articulate solutions/conclusions clearly and concisely
  • General business understanding of FMCG pricing and costing a plus
