u Major Responsibilities/Activities:
- Lead team to achieve sales target with sustainable growth by executing sales action
ü Well know where the opportunities are, what competition look like and how to achieve target by effectively implementing action.
ü Increase usages share in A accounts and enhance sales in B1 and B2 accounts
ü Focus to drive Phaco device sales, especially Signature growth by increasing Phaco funnel
- Develop and drive sales of private channel to be another growth engine
ü Identify growth opportunity and drive key private hospitals to increase usages of AMO IOL, so as to extend growth trend down to other private hospitals
ü Drive sales growth by satisfying private hospitals through working close with channel and distributors to provide with good delivery service
- Regularly coach team member to develop team to be strong in execution
ü Coach and track team to implement account call activities with high frequency and full coverage.
- Develop the market by planning and operating activities; maintain key accounts in the region
- Well collaborate with and effectively push distributors to implement their commitment
- Implement company policies, pass them on to team members and coordinating organizations, and make sure policies are well understood and implemented
§ Industry experiences:
- 5 years or above experiences in medical equipment/disposables/pharmacy industry
§ Position experiences:
- 2-3 years experiences of leading and managing sales team
- Achieved proved sales record by leading sales team
- Strong skill of communication
- Customer-centered and result –driven
§ Language Skills：
- Good written English is preferred
§ Computer Skills:
- Proficient in using routine computer software, such as MS Office and etc.
