• Develop growth strategy and implement marketing programs for the assigned brand and product category, for both consumer marketing and medical marketing
• Develop brand long term strategic plan, annual brand business plan and manage marketing budget to achieve the sales target and franchise P&L
• Lead advertising, media agency, and medical agency on the development of communication platform and media placement
• Lead research agency on research project that provides consumer insights and physician insights
• Coach and develop subordinates to support organizational and business growth
• Comply with the rules and regulations of company and HCC.
• Minimum 8~10 years OTC and consumer product management experiences with P&L responsibility.
• 5 years experience in supervision of marketing personnel.
• Preferably with Digital campaign plan & execution experience as well as medical activity experience.
• Preferably with 1-2 years field sales experience.
• OTC experience and medical channel experience is a plus.
• Good spoken and written English. Strong influence and collabration capability. Experience and capabilities in handling complicated projects under pressureed working environment.
• University graduates or above.
