Quality Systems Manager
The Global Quality Systems & Compliance Leader ensures the Health of the Quality Systems of our Internal MAKE Sites is implemented in accordance with Johnson & Johnson policies, Quality Standards, and internal quality requirements as well as Health Authority regulations
POLICIES: Know & follow policies & procedures related to work activities performed in area of responsibility.
TRAINING: Complete training in area of responsibility within allowed time-period. Training is required for changes in existing policies & procedures, for new assignments & for implementation of new policies & procedures. Complete required periodic re-training in areas such as safety & environmental compliance.
SAFETY: Follow all company safety policies & other safety precautions within work area. Promote safety to all associates that enter work area. Follow Health Care Compliance guidelines as well as follow operating room training and safety standards.
The Global Quality Systems & Compliance Leader is responsible for providing key direction and oversight for all Quality Management Systems elements and Regulatory Requirements applicable to the Regional operations. The Global QS&C Leader supports the The Regional Quality System & Compliance Leads with data, governance, technology, processes and controls to help facilitate standardization and consistenancy of implementation across our Regions.
The Global QS&C Leader is responsible to deploy planning, impact analysis and implementation of Segment and Enterprise Quality standards and applicable regulation. He/She is the Liason with the Consumer Segment Quailty Systems Sr Director representing our QS&C MAKE Processes. He/She is the Quality Systems and Compliance voice for MAKE Q&C Globally for the segment.
The Global QS&C Leader is responsible for understanding the Global regulatory landscape and ensuring active participation in the Regulatory Outreach forum.
Education: Bachelor’s degree ; Masters preferred
Experience: 10 Years of Regulated Industry Experience, Quality Leadership position within a MAKE Site
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Experience driving high performing cross-functional and indirect teams that deliver results is required. Very strong partnering, influence management, and communication skills are required. Previous experience in a global organization is preferred. Change management skills are strongly preferred. The ability to foster a productive team-oriented environment, handle multiple assignments, and display flexibility in response to an environment with rapidly shifting priorities is preferred. Well-developed problem solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to listen, learn, teach, and think strategically are traits that are required for long term success in this role. This position may be located at one manufacturing locations globally, and may require up to 35% of both domestic and international travel depending on the location of the role.
