1) Promotes products & procedures to customer staff and develops a strong relationship with customers.

2) Accomplishes targeted sales and increases the market share.

3) Serves multiple large and/or key accounts in a prescribed territory.

4) Conducts and implements advanced Market Development and Field Marketing activities.

5) Makes sales presentations and demonstrates proper use of products to physicians.

6) Develops customer and product focused presentation packages for sales.

7) Contacts and schedules appointments with potential new customers.

8) Promotes and coordinates Professional Education activities extensively to enhance the knowledge of health care professionals.

9) Makes visits to customer locations to gather information on orders and market conditions.

10) Identifies customer needs and recommends new products to address them.

11) Ensures the accuracy and validity of contract and tender management activities.

12) Targets and manages assigned territory while operating within an assigned budget.

13) Executes national, regional and local promotional activities that are designed to advance sales in specific product lines and therapeutic areas.

14) Handles customer questions and objections in a way that inconsistent with product indications and sales training methodology.

2) Strong leadership and communication skills

3) Capability to train, motivate, and activate distributors

4) Ability to supervise and develop guidelines for the distributors MKTG strategy

5) Proven track record of performance and achievements

6) Deep understanding of the market, customers, and patients

7) Strong business acumen and capable of strategic thinking

8) Deep understanding of Ethicon products preferred
