Recruitment & Onboarding Administration Specialist with German

Johnson & Johnson Global Services in key service centers located in Manila, Suzhou, Prague, Bogota and Tampa, as well as in local country-based hubs.
- Preparing contracts for new joiners
- Coordinating onboarding of new joiners, sending and collecting relevant documentation, and preparing welcome letters
- Supporting hiring managers/candidates with all tasks and inquiries related to the onboarding process
- Responding to ad-hoc tasks related to new joiner administration
- Updating related HR systems
- Creating reports
- Fluent in English and at least advanced level of German
- Strong organization skills, attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work under pressure, stress resistant
- Experience in administration and/or in customer service in a corporate environment is an advantage
- Experience with tools to report data, track and analyze (Salesforce, Taleo, Workday) is an advantage
