Sales Training Senior Manager, Surgical 
[ AMO Japan /Johnson & Johnson Vision]

<Primary Function / Primary Goals / Objectives>

1. Design effective training plan to enhance sales capability 
    (Product knowledge, Selling skills, Leadership skills)
2. Communicate effectively with sales team to “buy in” the sales training initiatives
3. Contribute the global training team to create the training strategy/ initiatives
4. Communicate and align w/ global/regional sales training team 

<Core Job Responsibility / Accountability / Major Duties and Responsibilities>

1. Make sure all the training programs are conducted properly
   (New hire training, OJT, New product launch, etc)
2. Organize Kick Off Meeting
3. Investigate and identify the area to be trained 
   (Prioritize training area according to the sales team’s status)
4. Help training contents/ infrastructure improve
5. Give advise/suggestions to sales organization, together with HR
6. Help creating individual development plan, together with HR
7. Conduct OEC /Compliance tasks     
8. Proactively start new initiative to improve sales capability

Qualifications
<Experience / Skills> 
・Fluent in English and Japanese
・Bachelor’s degree
・Sales experience(Medical device, especially ophthalmic field if preferred)
・Team management (Experience as sales manager)
・Training and/or HR experience
