Our Medical Devices business segment produces a broad range of innovative products and solutions used primarily by health care professionals in the fields of orthopedics, neurological disease, vision care, infection prevention, cardiovascular disease, and aesthetics.
 Regional Learning and Development Manager

Duties & Responsibilities
Develops and implements training programs for customer facing teams such as Sales, Marketing and Strategic Account Management through recertification progress and yearly calendar sessions across countries.
Guide adaptation and deliver, both in-house and with expert third parties, of educational solutions linked to competency models and learning journeys, always aligned with internal learning guidelines such as 30/40/30, flipped classroom, face to face and virtual training and similar.
Acts as a face to face facilitator based on adult learning principles to prepare, coordinate and deliver training programs. 
Acts as instructional designer to design training programs, conducts follow-up of training programs.
Acts as a virtual facilitator to delivery training thought WebEx/ adobe or by video as part of social learning plans  
Design virtual content and implement the online training programs by creating a blended offering, maximizing the use of technology, internal resources and LMS 
Coordinate yearly competency assessment as development tool and key input for Sales, marketing and SAM Curriculum/ programs
Include and create L&D solutions based in global best practice an benchmarking (micro-learning, content curation, social learning etc)
Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual L&D metrics reports regarding projects advance and results. 

8- 10 years of Experience in jobs related to learning, development & sales training
Experience as a facilitator and training programs design 
Experience in Senior and sales leaders training and interaction.
Experience in design and implementation of behavioral transformational process
Experience in coaching activities associated with sales skills and field coaching
Experience in instructional design of training programs
Experience in On line and E learning design and implementation
Competencies: Learning Excellence, selling expertise, technology platform uses, business acumen, learning measurement, accountability, Consultative mindset.
Articulate and confident standing up and delivering to audiences at all organizational levels
Foundations on Adult learning and virtual delivery related with new technologies. 
Vendors briefing and overall relationship
Flexibility to adapt to challenging situations and ability to work under pressure
Ability to engage multiple business partners in a matrix organization across countries and levels
Significant intellectual curiosity and learning agility, Results driven and goals oriented.
Full bilingual English- Spanish (Portuguese will be a plus)
Availability to travel 40-50% of time
