Responsible for managing a sales staff in the achievement of MD&D product sales to new and established hospital accounts to achieve sales objectives and greater market penetration. This job is not eligible for sales incentives/sales commissions. Manages the development and servicing of hospital accounts to achieve business sales. Reports sales results against forecasts to senior management as well as any adjustments made to business plans to ensure objectives are met. Establishes incentive plan parameters and sales goals. Recommends ad hoc plans and contests. Develops and monitors departmental budget. Ensures expenses stay within budget. Reviews and approves quota and account assignment. Monitors progress and verifies corrective action has been initiated when necessary. Participates in the preparation of sales plans and campaigns, business plans and product development plans. Resolves difficult problems and customer complaints.
Bachelor degree or above.
At least 3 years sales management experience (TSM/DSM and above) and/or 3 years distributor management experience in commercial sales preferred.
Drug channel management experience.
Strong customer and market focus mind with business acumen and solid skills in distributor management.
Strong Leadership skills with ability to lead the different tiers distributors, the ability to foster strong relationships for sales team.
Good business analytical skills.
Good communication skills with excellent capability in team working.
Good in the English language, both oral and written preferred.
