Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition

SCOPE OF THE ROLE AND BASIC PURPOSE/职位与基本目的的范围
- Deliver high quality talent acquisition service to Supply Chain related functions in Medical Suzhou.
§ Be in conjunction with hiring managers/BBHR to fulfill all scoped recruitment needs within the cycle time;
§ Identify effective recruiting channels based on business needs and talent market situation;
§ Keep good relationships with key universities, oversea recruiting agencies, HR service providers and recruitment websites;
§ Build up a strong candidate pool and control recruitment cost;
§ Continuously improve the recruiting effectiveness and efficiency;
§ Maintain the recruitment system to ensure the data timely and accuracy;
§ Support staffing related projects;
§ Provide timely external talent market intelligence to better serve business hiring needs
§ Develop innovative hiring channels and maintain company/function branding
§ Other assignments from direct supervisor.
§ Bachelor Degree and above,§ Smart and Fast learning, high potential for developing
§ Self-motivated, proactive and team work
§ Bachelor degree in Management or HR Management
§ Minimum 6 years’ experience in HR in a multinational company
§ More than 5 years recruiting experience in MNC or headhunting company
§ Good English capability
§ Good computer skills, PPT, Excel, etc
§ Good communication and influential skill
