1.Understand recent progress of product/competitor, HCP perception, literature and congress update in  relevant therapeutic areas; generate insights from the above resources, then process, integrate and share with cross-functional team.

 2. Lead formulation and execution of integrated medical strategy Responsible for productive engagement alone or in cross-functional teams with key national external stakeholders including KOLs but also paying attention to pharmacists, nurses, hospital administrators, government officials etc as business needs require; and establish and manage an external network of agencies and associations in order to further develop and implement the Professional Education strategy within the therapy area(s).
a)Responsible for exhaustive collection of information regarding existing knowledge gaps, scientific data gaps and clinical care gaps.
b)Responsible for authoring the Medical Strategy after collection of input and insights from a wide cross-section of internal and external stakeholders. 
c)Responsible for provision of careful, thoughtful input into the review of promotional or educational material that is disseminated to or presented by the company to external audiences. 
d)Directing medical strategy and developing medical projects
3. Professional Education activities implementation 
a)Work with team or other Medical Functions to develop high-quality education contents for education events. 
b)Work with team to ensure Medical Education events implemented successfully.
c)Responsible for budget tracking and reporting to the relevant ME events. Monitor timeline and manage project to conclusion and implementation.
d)Ensure all programs are in compliance with regulatory, HCC, legal guidelines, and company policies.
e)KPI tracking and reporting to relative Medical Education programs (key performance indicators). 
f)Build the XJP/TA reputation through high-qualified  medical  programs
g)Provide support to EMT/MSL team in their interactions with the external scientific community, resolving issues as required.
h)Allocate time appropriately to conduct responsibilities and tasks such as status reports, expense reports, etc.
i)Respond in a timely manner to internal and external customer requests.

k)Effectively evaluate materials and programs from appropriate vendors and in-house departments.


    4. Clinical Study (as required):
1) Design and compose clinical study protocols; manage the study budget and phasing; submit protocol for internal review and approval; ensure the registry of the study on line; present at investigator meeting if necessary
2) Set plan for CSR and publication; review study report; carry out medical monitoring during the clinical study;
3)  GCO/CRO collaborations on ICF and trial operation
4)  Collaborate with Statistician and Data Management team for CRF and SAP
5. Determine the theme and content of national activities including advisory board, expert discussion, and the theme of medical educational materials; and contribute to hospital lectures. 
   6. Communicate and cooperate with internal and external customers including Global and Regional(AP) MAF, MSL, CD, MKT, Sales, RA, GAPDD, PR, NBD, Mkt Access, etc.
   7. Expert review of training, promotional and project-based activity materials presented by Marketing/Sales department from a scientific viewpoint

   8. Provide product and TA related support to Marketing/Sales and other departments.

Qualifications
A.Education /Training background: Master degree or above on Clinical Medicine
B.Knowledge/Skills:
Thorough understanding and command of product and relevant therapeutic area knowledge.
Thorough understanding and command of HCC.
Proven skills at developing and managing varied relationships within and outside the company.
High customer and external industry insight. 
Strong oral and written communication skill.
Skilled at understanding scientific data and translating it into effective education and communications materials.
Organizational skills, project management, time-management skills.
Adherence to Johnson & Johnson Credo and have the right compliance mindset.
C.  Job experience: 2-3 years clinical working experience on relevant therapeutic area/or 2-3 years working experience on pharmaceutical industry is preferred
D.   Competency: Good business acumen, good strategic  and creative thinking; good communication and learning agility;
E.Others: Good command of English, fluent at reading, writing, speaking and listening;
