Shanghai-Sales-Business Development Manager-WC

Manages the evaluation and implementation of new initiatives and business opportunities, and the development of business programs for growth and profitability. Develops market specific business plans and strategic marketing programs to support sales. Identifies strategic customers and volumes to support development and implementation of new products, re-launches, and new business building programs. Builds partner relationships to develop reference-able partners and influence direct and indirect channel revenue. Ensures the analysis of market data to identify trends and opportunities. Develops strategic direction plans from market information and directs the creation of compelling market analysis presentations. Formulates and negotiates required business agreements including detailed business terms for third party agreements. Serves as a primary interface between partners and internal departments. Acts as a liaison between regional sales and the marketing function. Develops and tracks project schedules.
Minimum education required: Bachelor’s degree. MBA preferred.
Minimum experience required: 8-10 years field sales experience. 5-6 years’ experience in sales management.
