Customer Service Representative
Location: Warsaw, Poland
Person as customer service representative will be responsible for receiving, processing and recording customer orders. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving customer complaints. Also accountable for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and correct order processing.
Person will be responsible for daily communication with customers via phone and email.
Main responsibilities:
  • Processing email, fax, phone orders from internal and external customers and monitoring the execution of orders (Inform customers if there is no inventory in stock)
    Provides updates to customers on order status and/or problem resolutions
  • Daily communication with customers via phone and email, positive phone presence is essential
  • Processing the returns and issue corrective invoice
  • Dealing with customer complaints
  • Cooperation with logistic and finance A/R departments
  • Provide quality service and support in handling day-to-day activities of the customer service role for all customers in a perfect manner

  • Very good computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with ERP System
  • Customer oriented attitude
  • Good English
  • Attention to details
  • Work under time pressure, organization skills, proactive attitude,
  • Ability to teamwork
  • Experience of working in a customer service role
  • A high standard of communication and proactive approach to problem solving
