Cilag GmbH International is an International Sourcing Center of the Johnson & Johnson pharmaceutical sector handling the supply chain of the Janssen-Cilag Group. Senior Financial Analyst (m/f)
Location: Zug, CH or Raritan, US

Key accountabilities of the role
Provide finance support and guidance to Janssen Supply Chain (JSC) External Manufacturing teams based around the world to optimise spend, deliver financial targets and drive value creation agenda (cost, quality, reliability).
     oActively support the business through standard cost setting, business plan, business plan updates and Long Range Financial plan, building comprehensive stretching budgets for the regions focused on maximizing value creation.
     oSupport the financial assessments of all value creation opportunities for these regions
     oInfluence and recommend external sourcing solutions to maximize value creation
     oProvide accurate transparent input on COGs and negotiation strategies to drive best position for J&J
     oEnsure proper, correct and on-time submissions to FP&A team  & other groups
Partner effectively with other Finance colleagues (JSC and JJSC Finance Source COE)  to drive standardization & efficiencies 
Business partner with ESI site leads. 
Finance lead in various ESI projects, including support to business partners in managing the financial flows of Tech transfer projects and follow-up on actual vs. budget variations.
Contract Management Support. Review new/renewed Supplier Agreements for the regions and document financial/risk paragraphs.  Drive best practises and standardization. Actively contribute as a financial lead in contractual negotiations.
Provide on-going finance training for business partners on various financial topics.

M.Sc / MA in Business Administration 
Min 6 years of applicable finance and accounting experience 
Experience in Manufacturing finance is preferred
Very Strong oral and written communication skills in English
Cross cultural and international experience would be a plus
Extensive knowledge in MS Office is essential
Ability to work under time pressure and keep high level of accuracy
Professional accounting qualification is preferred but not essential

Occasional travel for internal and external meetings.
