We are currently looking for a
Chief of Staff and Project Manager Central Europe for Management Board (m/f)
The Project Manager Central Europe (CE) reports to the Area Managing Director Central Europe.
Essential Functions
  • Support the Management board in international, strategic and operational work for the CE portfolio, e.g. Strategy Plan and Business Plan
  • Leadership for commercial projects within Central Europe given the priorities of the organization  
  • Data analysis for the Central Europe portfolio, preparation of business and management reviews and presentations in German and English
  • Act as the interface for decision makers and ensure flawless information flow within the Central Europe leadership team
  • Assist in the development, implementation and integration of optimized processes
  • Administrative support in e.g. meeting management of Central Europe Leadership Team meetings and upper management visits

  • University degree in business or related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of working experience in consulting, project management, business development or analytics role
  • Experienced with presentation to upper management and building of story lines
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptional skills
  • Highly organized, ability to prioritize workload and initiatives
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude, high integrity awareness
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and other departments at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in English and German
  • Professional experience in all Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
