  • To actively develop and maintain long-term strategic partnership with responsible accounts and develops KA strategy to facilitate the achievement of profitable business and sustainable growth.
  • To leads development of annual Joint Business Plans, focusing on strategic accounts’ KPIs, trading terms negotiation & business opportunities to develop category growth.
  • Develop annual/ quarterly customized business plans and strategies with KA to achieve sales target and objectives
To provides realistic rolling sales forecasts in collaboration with field sales, marketing and supply chain on a monthly basis to reflect the update market situation.
Qualifications
  • FMCG or Health care or Optical industry
  • Minimum education required: Bachelor’s degree, MBA or oversea education preferred.
  • Minimum experience required:  3 years’ experience in Key Accountmanagement
  • Excellent English (written and oral) is definitely required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, willing to learn and react fast.
  • Good analytical skills and presentation skills
