The Regional Marketing Director is responsible for setting the overall strategic direction for marketing in the region and contributing to development of overall regional strategies and priorities as a part of the APAC Regional Leadership Team. He/she ensures regional strategies are in line with Global JJDCC strategies, partners with Global Franchise and Regional stakeholders to accelerate global innovation and best practices roll out, ensures consistency of execution across different countries. Individual is responsible for regional marketing organization and capabilities development in the region. Member of the Global Franchise Leadership Team (GFLT), the APAC Leadership Team (ALT), and is involved in Global strategies development. Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate strong capabilities in Consumer, HCP, Retail and Payor marketing, as well as have tangible experience in bridging marketing demand generation activities with commercial planning. The ability to lead and influence broad stakeholder teams is a critical skill, as the role will have to work across functions and geographies while balancing diverse needs and challenges. Given the breadth and complexity of the role, preference will be given to candidates already functioning at the Director level.
