Customer Marketing Manager

1. Work with shopper marketing, CRS, trade marketing to drive alignment across team and ensure integration on investment, activities and communication messages.
- On-going brand content development to activate KA CRM program to support topline growth.
- On-going retail channel KV development based on channel/shopper needs.
6. Be a key interface to provide channel/customer insights and needs to brand team and drive integration from brand plan to channel activities.
7. Measure and optimize investment for retail channel, with the support from SMKT & TMKT.
· Bachelor and above
· Good team player with strong collaboration and communication skills
· Independent, initiative, highly committed and responsible
· Strong attention to detail and delivery of high-quality result
· Good at English and presentation
· 3+ yrs customer/channel MKT and sales experience with solid understanding of channel and customers (including KA)
· Have marketing/brand building & activation experience is a plus
· Demonstrated ability in successfully delivering complex projects on time and on budge
