This position is a member of the Regional Capability Center projects team, located in the CS department of CLS.

This person is accountable for the optimization of consumer CS processes in EMEA, driving CIP’s and measure improvements by means of relevant KPI’s and metrics. In addition, this person will have the responsibility to safeguard consumer process standardization by means of appropriate governance. Finally, this person will be responsible to implement consumer processes in multiple projects where relevant (incl Divestitures and Acquisitions, C20/20), as CS project and process manager or as supervisor. 


In the project management role the person will be responsible for flawless end to end project lifecycle, from CS business strategy and justification, approvals, project economics and investments, resourcing through implementation, execution and closure. The person will be responsible and accountable for delivering initiatives on-time, on-budget with the ability to manage competing priorities and cross geographical teams in a highly matrix organization.

The person will be responsible for strategic stakeholder management through identifying pathways and channels to facilitate access to key decision makers and customers for our innovative project portfolio.
