【Vision Care】Brand Manager, Marketing

Will be responsible to lead developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategy/plans of assigned ACUVUE® sub-brand(s) for both consumer/professional in line with company strategy to effectively achieve business goals. Require to partner with Brand Management Team of Global Strategic Marketing (GSM) to ensure all the sub-brand messages both for consumer and professional to be aligned with the global strategy and yet unique and competitive enough in the regional environment.This person will also be responsible to work closely with key stakeholders to help planning/developing activities for assigned sub-brand(s) as well as managing brand agency and media agency for maximizing their capability, quality of work, efficiency to support the company business as much as they can.
Lead developing comprehensive marketing strategy/plans of assigned sub-brand(s) for both consumer/professional with manager’s support
Manages the execution of annual marketing plans at each assigned brand level
As a member of global marketing community, represent Japanese market, the second largest single market for Vision Care Franchise, and communicate regional market needs to GSM as well as to obtain necessary information from GSM to reflect for effective marketing programs/initiatives in a timely manner for franchise success. Build strong relationship with GSM is essential
Work closely with GSI/IBI and C3PD to properly evaluate the business environment and help identifying issues and opportunities to achieve the company goal
Help identifying and assessing the competitive set a brand competes with, interacts with, and sources volume from to proactively recommend the solution to achieve the business target
Manages and provides input for accurate BME spending for assigned sub-brand (s)
Work closely with agencies and partners to strategically maximizing their performance to drive consistent business results
Work closely and collaborate with cross functional partners to provide positive impact to the franchise
GSI: Consumer / Professional research function
IBI: Business analysis function especially dealing with big data
C3PD: Category & channel management function
