  • Responsible for J&J consumer company all brands investment efficiencies.
    Set-up, plan target and track execution by brands at account level.
  • Follow up the “Revenue Growth Management” guidelines and recommend investment improvement strategy for brands and accounts.
  • Optimize information system to improve workload, data efficiencies and extract insight based on the analysis

  • 5+ years in Finance or sales finance function.
  • 2+ years in RGM functions with proven performance record
  • Experience of working with cross functional team in a global matrix organization
  • Experience in system management is preferable
  • Knowledge of RGM Methodologies.
  • Knowledge in Finance and Accounting function (P&L, Balance sheet…)
  • Financial acumen and ability to translate this to business decision
  • System understanding and management
  • Strong communication skill which is able to work with global counter partner and external partners
  • Experience of people management (direct report)
  • Strong leadership of leading the team
  • English communication skill
  • Japanese communication skill
  • Challenge mind set to the status quo
  • Strong leadership that can drive the business with strong passion and commitment
  • Strong ability of identifying shopper insight and turning that insight into communication
