The Manager, Incentive Compensation is responsible for leading the execution portion of the IC operations and analytics, including monthly and quarterly incentive compensation processing, validation, education and training, data maintenance, and quarterly bonus payments.

Responsibilities:
• Provides weekly/monthly/quarterly accuracy of SICP reporting and payouts through a comprehensive set of QC checks
• Works with the IT department, Sales Operations team members as well as outside vendors, to process, validate SICP reports
• Partners closely with Senior Manager, Sales Operations, Commercial Innovation, Vendors and IT to identify processes, implement projects, and communicate plans and timelines across the organization
• Works with Commercial Excellence, Sales & Marketing leadership on cyclical IC design changes and call plan changes
• Collaborating with peers across business units to share ideas and improve productivity
• Acts as the Subject Matter Expert resource for incentive compensation for the business unit, interacting with all levels within the organization
• Ensures compliance with various global laws, regulations, and Health Care Compliance requirements
• Continuously looks for ways to increase sales operations efficiency
• Supports copromotions and multiple selling models
• Supervises Sr. Analyst(s), Incentive Compensation
• Responsible for sales incentive contest processing, sales data modeling, management of all field inquiries
• Responsible for sales incentive contest processing, sales data modeling, management of all field inquiries, recognition program administration and participating in department projects throughout the year as needed
• Lead team to conduct monthly IC processing validations to ensure accuracy of data, appropriate incentives, attainable goals, and to monitor performance against established plans
• Oversee the design, development, communication, and maintenance of all processes and policies for sales incentive programs (i.e. cash bonus, reward points, other recognition programs) to ensure effective utilization and regulatory compliance
• Supports Incentive Compensation related investigations
• Works closely with the @ Your Service platform (YS Team)
• Manage relationship with external compensation consultants


Qualifications
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required
• Minimum of eight (8) years business or related experience is required
• Previous pharmaceutical / healthcare sales experience is preferred
• Previous experience with incentive compensation is preferred
• Previous people management experience is strongly preferred
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical secondary data sources is preferred
• Previous experience with healthcare commercial landscape is preferred
• This position will be located in Titusville, NJ or Horsham, PA and will require up to 20% domestic travel
